Adhésion

Pour une adhésion ou un renouvellement, nous vous prions de bien vouloir utiliser le formulaire ci-dessous.

Une fois celui-ci soumis, vous pourrez payer votre cotisation :

  • par chèque :
    avec un règlement à l’ordre de :

  • Par virement bancaire, au quel cas veuillez nous l’indiquer via un message courriel à
    ass.fjammes@wanadoo.fr en indiquant si vous résidez dans la zone SEPA (« Single Euro Payment Area », EEE = UE et RU, AELE et la Suisse) ou ailleurs et nous vous enverrons un RIB avec les renseignements nécessaires.
  • Par Paypal ou carte bancaire via le module se trouvant sous le formulaire d’adhésion.

La cotisation annuelle est valable du 1er janvier au 31 décembre.

Son versement donne droit à recevoir les éditions de l’Association (Bulletins, Cahiers…).
